WFP Indigenous Peoples Portfolio Factsheet

https://docs.wfp.org/api/documents/WFP-0000158778/download/
This factsheet summarizes WFP’s work with Indigenous Peoples describing the six pillars of work and providing examples across global programming.

WFP ensures that assistance reaches Indigenous Peoples and addresses their diverse needs, priorities, and experiences. Indigenous Peoples are at particular risk of being left behind due to a complexity of factors, including structural inequality and discrimination, displacement from encroachment on land, conflict, and violence.

Harnessing the knowledge and capacities of Indigenous Peoples, WFP works to design and implement appropriate programming to bolster environmental management, early warning, and food systems.
