A healthy workforce enables WFP to reach the world’s most food insecure people. Ensuring staff wellness is therefore a responsibility the Organization has not only towards its employees, but also towards the donors who entrust it with their money and the beneficiaries who rely on its capacity to deliver.

South-South and triangular cooperation covers the direct exchange of knowledge, experiences, skills, resources and technical know-how among developing countries, often assisted by a donor or multilateral organization, such as WFP. This “triangular” facilitation may take the form of funding, training, management, technological systems, or other types of support.

Evaluations help the World Food Programme (WFP) determine whether we are doing the right thing, if we are achieving results and whether or not we could do things differently. This makes us accountable to our donors and the people we serve, and offers learning for the organization. Impact evaluation has a key role to play in this area.
