WFP Reaches 1 Million People in Gaza But Ceasefire Must Hold to Prevent Return of Severe Hunger (ForTheMedia)

WFP has reached one million people with food parcels, hot meals, fresh bread and cash assistance, distributing food in North Gaza, which had been cut off for 80 days between October and December 2024. The 25 bakeries now operational in the north, middle and south areas are producing more than 150,000 bread bundles a day.
