Yemen: the largest hunger crisis in the world
Since the conflict started in 2015, WFP has been on the ground working tirelessly to prevent Yemen from slipping into famine. Thanks to donations from people like you, our humanitarian response has so far prevented mass starvation. Countless families have no other source of food, which means that if we stop, people will starve to death.
Children are bearing the brunt – a child dies a preventable death every ten minutes. A whole generation is at risk. In hospitals across the country, acutely malnourished children are on the brink. But they don’t have to die, they just need food.
The Yemen crisis is facing massive funding gaps. They need your support. Will you please send food to save lives in Yemen?
