In response to the ongoing humanitarian crisis, WFP has provided emergency food assistance to 1,103,000 people since 15 April. WFP aims to scale up its emergency response to reach 2.5 million conflict-affected people between May and July.
However, without urgent receipt of fuel for humanitarian operations, WFP will no longer be able to provide any food assistance.
