Highlights

 Thousands of people have been victim of a surge of

violence near Beni, in North Kivu province. Several villages

were attacked and more than 100 people were killed by

rebels believed to be from the Allied Democratic Forces

(ADF).

 On 30 October the CO under the leadership of the Country

Director and the P4P National Programme Manager held a

one day event to officially mark the end of the P4P pilot

phase. The event was well attended by donors and

government representatives.
