WFP’s Management Plan (MP) 2024-2026 is a comprehensive annual plan of work and one of WFP's key financial planning documents. Its purpose is to present our programme support and business operations budget, including the Programme Support and Administrative (PSA) budget. It also proposes the Indirect Support Cost (ISC) rate, and the use of the PSA Equalization Account and General Fund. The document includes WFP's projected operational needs and forecasts resources to meet those needs.
In 2024, an Update to the Management Plan 2024-2026 was prepared to provide an update on contribution forecast, operational requirements, and implementation plan for 2024, the results of the reorganization exercise and a reduced PSA budget in light of a decline in the revenue projection.
