The World Food Programme in Rwanda intends to expand the implemention of the Saemuel Zero Hunger Communities (SZHC) project under a second phase in selected sectors of Kamegeri, Ruganda and Mukura in the districts of Nyamagabe, Rutsiro and Karongi districts, respectively. As part of the project cycle management a baseline study was carried out in the selected sectors to provide a situational analysis and provide a basis for monitoring the project implementation. The baseline study collected information from 1,163 selected households in the three sectors using a generated structured questionnaire and focus group discussions.
