This Rwanda impact evaluation baseline report details key findings from the baseline data on key outcomes, that include measures of resilience, consumption, coping strategies, earnings, women’s agency, and women’s social and economic empowerment
The impact evaluation contributes to both Office of Evaluation's Cash-Based Transfers & Gender, as well as the Climate & Resilience impact evaluation windows. Its objective is to quantify the impacts of Rwanda’s food-assistance for assets (FFA) programming, with a special focus on its impact on women. The impact evaluation is being delivered in partnership with the World Bank’s Development Impact Evaluation (DIME) department.
