WFP Mozambique recently piloted a nutrition-sensitive campaign designed to be implemented in parallel with cash-based-transfer programmes. It focuses on ability, motivation and opportunity as keystones for improving nutritional status. The SBCC strategy focuses on the main drivers of stunting in Mozambique: family feeding and gender dynamics; maternal health and nutrition; infant and young child feeding (IYCF); and sanitation and hygiene.
