Considering the multifactorial and multidisciplinary aspect of the fight against hunger and malnutrition, the Ivorian Government has launched in 2016 a new National Nutrition Policy and a National Multisectoral Plan for Nutrition, in addition to the existing sectorial strategies.
In this context, under the leadership of His Excellency Daniel Kablan DUNCAN, Vice-President of the Republic, the Government launched the Zero Hunger Strategic Review process, aiming to strengthen efforts and accelerate progress towards the elimination of hunger and malnutrition by 2030.
