WFP and partners have undertaken an analysis of climate risks in Guinea-Bissau and recommended programmes to address identified risks.
Climate change is one of the key drivers of hunger in Guinea-Bissau. WFP is supporting vulnerable communities to adapt to the changing climate and build resilience. WFP has worked with local actors and the International Center for Tropical Agriculture (CIAT) to perform a climate risk analysis of Guinea-Bissau and recommend actions to manage these identified risks.
