This brief summarizes the first pre-analysis plan from OEV’s “Cash-based transfers & Gender” impact evaluation window. Following the same impact evaluation design and questionnaires, its goal is to produce generalizable evidence on this crucial question for WFP programming from a series of coordinated impact evaluations across the globe.
