WFP conducted a Leaving No One Behind study to identify groups being left behind in terms of access to and coverage by social protection programmes in the Philippines. This report shares the study’s findings and key recommendations to inform the policies and programmes of the Government of the Philippines, the international community, and national organizations in ensuring these groups are represented and their unique needs are met.
