Internal Audit Report of WFP Operations in the People's Republic of Bangladesh - December 2013

As part of its annual work plan for 2013, the Office of Internal Audit conducted an audit of WFP Operations in Bangladesh. The audit covered activities from 1 January 2012 to July 2013 and included field visits to various locations in Bangladesh and a review of related corporate processes that impact across WFP. The audit took place from 22 September to 10 October 2013. The audit was carried out in accordance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing promulgated by the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Internal Audit Report of WFP Operations in the Dakar Regional Bureau - November 2013

As part of its annual work plan for 2012, the Office of Internal Audit conducted an audit of WFP Operations in the Dakar Regional Bureau. The audit covered activities from 1 October 2011 to 30 September 2012. The Office of Internal Audit carried out field work in the Dakar Regional Bureau from 9 November to 21 November 2012. The audit was carried out in accordance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing promulgated by the Institute of Internal Auditors.

Internal Audit Report of WFP Operations in Sudan - November 2013

As part of its annual work plan for 2012, the Office of Internal Audit conducted an audit of WFP Operations in Sudan. The audit covered activities from 1 October 2011 to 30 September 2012 and included field visits to various locations in Sudan including Darfur, and a review of related corporate processes that have effects across the whole of WFP. The audit, which took place from 4 to 29 November 2012, included visits to the Country Office in Khartoum, and operations in Darfur including Nyala and El Geneina. The audit was carried out in accordance with the Institute of Internal Auditors’ International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing.

Readers should understand that the publication of these reports does not constitute a waiver, express or implied, of WFP's immunities as set out in the Convention on the Privileges and immunities of the United Nations, 1946, the Convention on the Privileges and immunities of the Specialized Agencies, 1947, customary international law, other relevant international or national agreements, or under domestic law.
